The theme of both of my novels is the delicate interplay of Fate and Freewill choices when it comes to our Life’s journey. Where we ultimately end up as an adult is a combination of both fate and freewill.
The tone of my novels is dramatic. There is some levity here and there but these two stories are complex dramas. Just Another Sunday is a Coming-of-Age, family drama. And the follow-up book, entitled Trampled Underfoot, is more of a Romantic, New Adult, family drama.
Blood Legacy is the second volume in the Contrary Warriors series and kicks off one year after SOE agent Cleo Deseronto escapes torture at a CIA black site. Now on a simple mission to notify an American Senator of his daughter’s death, Cleo and her stalwart cousin Bo are drawn into the web of an old-time spymaster. It’s a conspiracy that threatens to alter the future of the civilized world, and trying to stop it might just make Cleo and Bo the most wanted women in America.
In broad strokes, this book is a fantasy adventure about a young girl’s journey from a wartime survivor to a person of courage, willing to stand up for what she believes in.
‘Into The Shadows’ is a romantic suspense, woven with mystery and family drama. It is one woman’s journey to take a brave step to change herself and her situation, literally going into the very shadows of herself, and by doing so drawing others own shadows out as they are intricately pulled into her story.
