Matthew Toffolo: What is the general theme and tone of your novel?
Prakash Hegade: I would prefer to vary in everything I write, every time. The novel published “Today Calls Tomorrow” is a love story.
MT: Why should people buy your novel?
PH: Firstly, they are free. Most of them will be as well ahead in the future. I enjoy writing and I believe so will the readers reading it.
MT: How would you describe your novels in just two words?
PH: Must Read.
MT: What movie have you seen the most in your life?
PH: August Rush, Harry Potter Series, Lord of the Rings Series, Kannada Movie – “Janumada Jodi”
MT: Was being a novel writer something you’ve always dreamed of doing?
PH: To write something that will stay in almost every reader’s book shelf.
MT: Do you have an all-time favorite novel? Have you read a novel more than once?
PH: Yes, “Who will Cry When You Die” by Robin Sharma, have read it many a times.
MT: What motivates you to write?
PH: The Motivation to write!
MT: What artist would you love to have dinner with?
PH: I sure want to have a dinner with Noam Chomsky!
MT: Apart from writing, what else are you passionate about?
PH: Research! It drives me mad and crazy and I love it.
MT: Any advice or tips you’d like to pass on to other writers?
PH: If you feel there is something that you must share, go ahead, write it!
